    Hello Everyone,
I was wondering what are some items that should be kept with the violin? Also what are some tips on accessories to have with your violin? I am new to the violin and was wondering what were some important things to know and some useful accessories to have with the violin.
    Thank you for your help,
    Tally

I am a beginner also but I always have a soft cloth for wiping down my fiddle after playing. I keep a set of spare strings (in case I break one), an extra bow (just in case), my digital tuner, and of course rosin.

I carry a lot of things in my case but the most important ones, I think, would be my bows, rosin, shoulder rest, a cloth, a pencil, sheet music and a tuning fork.

For me nail clippers are another important think to keep in my case for when away from home. Also shoulder rest, tuner, soft cloth, pencil, and small notepad as others mentioned.
