I have trouble stretching to reach when I have like 2nd finger on F (D string) & 4th finger on D (G string) should I keep stretching or slide my first finger up from E?

I’m not sure if you’re trying to play a double stop or just move from the f to the d, but lifting the first finger for the maneuver might be justified. My hands are small and since I often feel the effects of arthritis, I can understand your situation.

I am trying to play a double stop F-D, It is getting better if I practice it every day, but yes, lifting my first finger helps, I think.

Practice an alternating use of 1st and second finger e-f-e-f-ef on d string. Do it also in different string like on g string which u will be pressing a-Bb-a-Bb etc. also in a and e string.
For your fourth finger, just practice about the same. Do alternating 3rd and fourth. This will help strenghening your fingers and more practice will give you a muscle memory which in time you will get use to it.
