I’ve seen Michael’s videos about the Wohlfhart etude books and am thinking back to the ones my violin teacher provided for me. The ones that come immediately to mind were Sevcik, Hrmaly, Dancla and Laoureux. Somehow she never had me work with Wohlfhart or Kreutzer, although other friends had those. Several years ago I purchased a CD which has printable copies of quite a few of the traditional violin methods. It was fun going back through some of the exercises I wasn’t so fond of as a teenager!
