I switched from Jade to a much lighter rosin (D’Addardio) and noticed that my eyes seemed to water a lot when using the light rosin. I went back to the Jade, and all is well again.

Generally I like the Jade, but in the wintertime it seemed as though at times it produced a more uneven tone. Now that it is warmer, I don’t notice this uneveness issue. But in case the uneven tone issue comes up again, does anyone have any other suggestions for a natural rosin that does not produce as much sneezing and itching? I’m not really looking for a synthetic “hypoallergenic’ rosin; would prefer to stick to a natural rosin.

I use Motrya Gold. Thegold makes a mellower tone. Still some dust, but it doesn’t bother me.
