Sorry this is kind of hard to hear…but a friend recorded it for me last night – my first solo ever! It was actually helpful to me that people were talking during the performance because it made me less nervous – I thought, well, they’re not listening, I’ll just play and have fun doing it. Turned out many people were listening and enjoying it. It was the nature of the night that the music was more for background. Anyway, I’d love some feed back. This is played with the Tia Bruna.

Hi margaretellen, would love to see your video. Just open your youtube video and click “share”. There you find the link of your video, the one that starts with “https://youtu.be/xxxxxxxx” Just copy that link and past it in your post. It will automatically show up as a video box 🙂 Hope it works out.

Let me try this – A friend posted it to Facebook so I think that was the problem, but maybe this might work. I’m going to try to get my daughter to record a better version of me playing later (I’m not good with technology!). Also, the first tune is actually English fiddle, the 2nd Irish.

Okay – here goes nothing! 🙂
