Hi, my name is Dana and I’m brand new to this stuff. So new that my violin hasn’t even arrived yet, but after talking to Michael S. I’m pretty stoked about this site and learning something new. I want to learn violin (fiddle) to have fun and relieve some stress. As an older learner (I’m 57), I hope its not too late for a guy to learn…

Its is never too late. I am solid proof of that. If you have the time, will and enthusiam you can basically achieve anything.

Welcome to the world of making music. Wishing you the same joy and fulfillment I am experiencing daily

It’s never too late to try. The important thing is to set realistic goals for yourself and not to be discouraged by setbacks. It’s easy to get frustrated when you’re having trouble with it, but remember to have fun with the music and the learning process.

Music is the best thing you can do in your free time , so don’t hesitate . You’ll realize later how good was this decision ^^. If this is what you wish , let nothing stop you.
