When I first began playing the violin people always told me that I was going no where and that I should give up because I don’t learn things as fast as others. People looked down on me and tried to discourage me from doing what I love. I practiced each and every night until my fingers couldn’t take it anymore and I proved everyone wrong. I got into chamber orchestra and got to work with some amazingly gifted people and learn from them as well.
Not only practicing to prove others wrong but because while playing I lose track of time and get lost in what I love to do.
