I would be grateful and thank God for this amazing gift, and I would continue to learn more songs to play for my family. I have wanted to play the violin since I was in the 3rd grade, but financially, it wasn’t an option. Now in my 50’s, I am making that dream come true. Last April, I purchased a used violin (from a couple who are instructors in a small farm town for schools who put on community concerts).
My son ( nonverbal and has CP) is so very fragile and gentle, and he loves to listen to the sweetness of music. My goal is to continue to learn so that my daughter and I can play together for my son (her brother) to enjoy, and better accomplish a dream come true from many years ago.
