I am working on observing movements … to do this, I am practicing s.l.o.w.l.y …… the Slow playing sometimes ends up giving my unique issues but I understand where they are coming from … by practicing slowly, I am better able to notice all the movements and the related effects.
Even with this slow playing …. I am still making the very mistakes you are pointing out 🙂 …. but, there is slow progress <3
Yesterday, I noticed the Bow Speed mistake …. To me, practicing slowly does not mean not using the amount of bow needed for the note (whole, half, quarter, etc) …. it just means slowing the tempo a bit and greatly increasing the observing factor.
